Beinvegni en nossa ustria dil Krüzli - welcome to our hotel restaurant. We serve you our selected dishes in an extremely stylish as well as quiet, cosy ambience:
We spoil you with original Grisons specialities, traditional and seasonal Swiss dishes, meat specialities from the region and oven-fresh tarte flambée. We serve fine wines and digestifs from the Bündner region as well as Swiss beer specialities.
In the restaurant we welcome not only our hotel guests but also locals, social clubs and visitors to Sedrun. It is no wonder that conversations in Rhaeto-Romanic can be heard again and again on the local's table.
Our kitchen stands for tradition in craftsmanship and recipes as well as freshness and exquisite taste.
For the dishes we only use high quality products - preferably from the local area and personal contacts known to us.

In our restaurant you can admire an exclusive collection of impressive crystals and minerals from the local crystal hunter (Strahler) Dosi Venzin. They were all found in the nearby Cavradi gorge or in the Val Giuv.

The fascinating glittering stones are also available in miniature to take away. After dinner, each child can choose an original Sedrun rock crystal as a souvenir.
A beautiful Van Berkel slicer, model L from 1907, fills us with pride and so it has a place of honour close to the reception.
For years this treasure lay hidden in its individual parts in the cellar. Today it has been lovingly restored and is a real eye-catcher in our restaurant.
