The Oberalp pass leads from Disentis/Mustér in the canton of Grisons to Andermatt in the canton of Uri. Shortly before reaching the top of the pass, the mountain village Sedrun, our home and location of hotel Krüzli, is situated at an altitude of 1,400 metres. Already on arrival along the idyllic railway lines of the Glacier Express, your holiday begins with the sight of the powerful mountain scenery in breathtaking nature. Here in the Gotthard massif you will find not only the source of the Rhine - the rivers Reuss, Ticino and Rhone also have their source in the San Gottardo region.
Hotel Krüzli, which has been family-run since 1914, is located in the centre of Sedrun, opposite the town hall.
The hotel itself has a total of 13 rooms. In the adjacent house "Casa Curnera" 5 holiday apartments invite you to stay overnight - ideal for families with children or for 2 people who wish to have more space.
The view from the balcony shows you a wonderful panorama of the Sedrun mountain world. You can also enjoy this view from our terrace - how about a good coffee or a small snack with it?
Hotel Krüzli is the perfect starting point for hikers and active holidaymakers as well as those seeking relaxation. The nearby passes of the Gotthard region are an attractive destination for cyclists and motorcyclists alike.
The world of sports also meets here in winter:
2 gondolas and 15 chair lifts, 5 lifts and 4 cable cars bring winter sports enthusiasts to the new Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis ski arena - one of the largest and most popular ski areas in Switzerland.
Skiers will also get their money's worth on the numerous cross-country ski runs in beautiful surroundings.
In our hotel-owned restaurant we will spoil you with original Grisons specialities, traditional and seasonal Swiss dishes as well as meat specialities from the region.
Our cuisine stands for the finest dishes made from fresh, hand-made, high-quality ingredients - preferably from the surrounding area.
