Our in-house kitchen team will spoil you with Grisons specialities such as capuns or bizochels as well as traditional and seasonal Swiss dishes, tarte flambée fresh from the oven and meat specialities from the region - handmade as well as freshly and originally prepared.

With us you will stay overnight in the middle of the Swiss Alps at an altitude of 1,400 metres. Our cosy, Rhaeto-Romanic village of Sedrun lies at the foot of the Oberalp Pass, surrounded by the Rhine spring area. Enjoy our cosy and quiet rooms here.

Autumn in Sedrun - our offers at Krüzli

Autumn arrives in the mountains and transforms nature into wonderful worlds of colour - the mountain scenery appears closer and more intense. If it's already snowing a bit, white icing sugar is added to the mountain peaks, a dream in autumnal sunshine and beautiful blue skies! Mushrooms and blueberries entice you to find and collect them on a walk. The cuisine at the Krüzli also picks up on the special features of the season: Fine game dishes from local hunting with colourful autumn vegetables invite you into the restaurant. Vegetarians enjoy the veggie game plate with porcini mushrooms or chanterelles from the forest. Once again, we close the season at the Hotel Krüzli with a week of blues, swing and jazz at the guitar workshop with Rainer Wöffler and Tanja Wirz.  This is how atmospheric autumn is here in the mountains - an insider tip for gourmets, bon vivants and friends of peace and relaxation!

An insider tip not only for game gourmets: Enjoy our very special game specialities from the local hunt, such as venison ragout, roe deer schnitzel or game stew.

The meat from the local hunt is obtained directly from the neighbouring butcher Curschellas.

Another very seasonal delicacy made from chestnut puree is the Coupe Nesselrode. Delicious vanilla ice cream with vermicelles and cream - a very special autumn dessert.
